Sandra Ehlers is a Self-Integration and Kundalini Awakening Guide, Trauma Informed Yoga Meditation Teacher, Event Facilitator, Reiki Master, Writer, and Content Creator.
A dozen years ago, Sandra left the safety of a PhD in physics, unaware how it would help her reintegrate spirituality as something real and supportive in her life. She moved through several dark nights of the soul on her journey to find liberation within the human chaos.
Sandra’s immersion into tantric wisdom and self-integration has over time aligned her to her soul work, freedom and bliss. She now supports others going through the confusing awakening experience, by offering workshops, classes, retreats, and 1:1 help with self-integration, trauma healing, energy work and self-alignment.
All her work is dedicated to inner union – not only through expanded awareness, but as a lived, embodied experience of wholeness in the world.
Holding unconditional space for deep-dives into your human and divine, shadow and light, the focus is on transforming and integrating all levels of conscousness; physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual – creating a foundation for deepened present-moment awareness, equanimity, aliveness, joy, fulfilment, and ultimately, bliss.
